Preparing your presentation / poster

Presentation

Oral presentations should last approximately 12 minutes; they will be followed by 4 minutes of questions. We have sceduled a 4 minutes time to move between sessions at the end of each talk.

PDF should be preferred over other formats; computers in each room should run on mac OS with the latest version of Microsoft office and Keynote installed. Presenters are encouraged to upload and check their presentations early in the conference.

Posters

Posters will be displayed on frames that are 1m large, meaning that poster dimensions can reach A0 only in portrait orientation. A poster session is scheduled on Thursday night. Presenters are expected to be around to discuss their research during this event.
